Zions Bancorporation is hiring a Practice Management Consultant to act as a strategic partner to leadership within its Wealth Management division. You will work directly with advisors, planners, and support teams to drive team development, operational excellence, and continuous learning. This role blends training, client material curation, and technology adoption to elevate performance and enhance the client experience.
What You'll Do
- Build, own, and run a formal onboarding and training program for all core business lines within Wealth Management.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement career development roadmaps and support advancement strategies.
- Design and deliver workshops, webinars, and group sessions on practice management topics.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all existing and new platforms, providing coaching and driving adoption.
- Develop and curate training materials, playbooks, and client-facing resources.
- Lead the creation, review, and continuous improvement of client-facing content and presentations.
- Leverage Salesforce to document and track client touchpoints and measure engagement success.
- Curate and maintain a library of best-in-class materials through Seismic.
- Conduct reviews of existing platforms and proposed enhancements to assess functionality and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide recommendations for system changes or upgrades.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs for new or updated systems.
- Build strong relationships across advisor teams, support staff, and bank partners.
- Develop and deliver training programs to strengthen licensed banker skills and drive performance.
- Manage onboarding and inclusion processes for new licensed bankers.
- Work with compliance to facilitate exam registration and licensing steps.
- Monitor licensed banker production and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field and 6+ years of experience with practice management training, leadership development, onboarding, and customer/client service.
- A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree.
- Experience managing, coaching, and driving team performance in a sales-oriented, client-facing environment.
- Series 7, 66, or combination of 65/63 licenses.

Work Mode
This is an onsite role based in Salt Lake City, Utah, or Houston, Texas.
