EY is looking for a PPT Designer to join our Consulting Support Services (CSS) team in India. In this senior role, you will be instrumental in enabling our consulting project teams by creating compelling visual content that drives efficiency and delivery. You will gain first-hand project management experience across a wide spectrum of services, building skills for long-term career growth in a professional services environment.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualize visuals based on consulting business requirements for presentations and documentation.
- Develop timely, cohesive, high-quality, and competitive proposals.
- Handle layout, formatting, and production for proposals, presentations, white papers, and other documents.
- Create storyboards and illustrations for consulting pursuit deals.
- Provide guidance on necessary changes in content, style, and organization.
- Showcase innovative design skills to represent data and proposals in EY/client-specific formats while adhering to branding guidelines.
- Work full-time in a hybrid, onsite model and be flexible to accommodate different time zones.
- Be willing to work on Indian holidays as per client requirements and travel domestically and internationally as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A Graduate/Postgraduate degree, preferably in B.Com, BBA, Economics, B.Tech, or a master’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in creative and content design, preferably drafting responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel charts/graphs, Word).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle routine tasks with care.
- Confident, assertive demeanor with strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to comprehend EY's business, think strategically, and adapt to change.
- Experience with go-to-market activities, proposal drafting, and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to identify problems, perform research, solve complex business issues, and recommend solutions.
- Prior experience working with a global clientele is required.
- Self-starter, excellent team player, organized, self-disciplined, with the ability to work with senior leadership.
Nice to Have
- Experience in professional services design teams or advertising agencies with consulting firms.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software like Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Experience with Blender, Templafy, Deck Robot, and other leading applications.
- Familiarity with sales pitch enhancement tools like Prezi.
- Skills in animation and creating storyboard marketing videos.
- Involvement during presales stages.
- Exposure to building Murals and Visio flow diagrams.
- Web design knowledge and understanding of user interface principles.
