What You’ll Do
- Develop and direct high-quality motion graphics for digital ads, product explainers, social media, and marketing initiatives.
- Translate creative briefs into dynamic visual narratives through storyboards, design frames, and animated sequences.
- Guide junior designers, fostering creative growth and maintaining strong design standards across projects.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to bring campaign visions to life through motion.
- Lead art direction, ensuring consistency, technical precision, and brand alignment in all outputs.
- Optimize the production workflow by building reusable templates and design systems.
- Experiment with 3D animation, visual effects, and emerging formats to push the boundaries of digital expression.
- Stay current with evolving tools and trends, integrating new techniques into the creative process.
- Present concepts clearly to stakeholders, turning complex ideas into actionable creative direction.
- Manage multiple timelines and priorities without compromising quality or innovation.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree or diploma in Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related design field.
- Minimum of 5 years in professional motion design or animation production.
- Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other core design tools.
- Demonstrated leadership in creative direction and team mentorship.
- A strong portfolio showcasing advanced animation and visual storytelling.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is a bonus.
