Kinetic Investments is looking for a PPC Manager to drive growth for our performance marketing operations within the iGaming and Sweepstakes sector. In this role, you will be hands-on in managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing strategies, reporting directly to the Head of PPC.
What You'll Do
- Plan, manage, and optimize Paid Search campaigns across Google and Bing Ads.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of campaigns with varying objectives across multiple paid media channels.
- Create and refine media buying strategies and A/B testing plans to maximize performance.
- Build and manage KPIs, budgets, and forecasts across multiple verticals.
- Apply data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable improvements.
- Produce in-depth performance and post-campaign analysis reports.
- Leverage a strong understanding of user journeys to execute effective full-funnel marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a digital advertising role.
- An advanced level of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge and extensive experience within the iGaming or Sweepstakes casino industry.
- Highly organized with good time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Analytical, numerate, and commercially minded.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience managing substantial ad budgets.

You'll join a small but driven, tight-knit, and collaborative team, reporting directly to the Head of PPC.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Company bonus & profit sharing scheme.
- Fully remote working policy with working from home budgets.
- Generous holiday entitlement of 25 days (plus bank & public holidays), with an additional day added for every year worked, up to a maximum of 30 days.
