Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain Power BI dashboards and reports utilized by business and operational units
- Translate input from stakeholders into well-defined KPIs, reporting frameworks, and user-friendly navigation layouts
- Construct and refine datasets using Power Query, implement effective data modeling, and develop DAX calculations
- Integrate and harmonize data from multiple sources, including SharePoint, Excel, and ideally SQL, Dataverse, or similar systems
- Enhance dashboard efficiency through optimized model architecture, measure logic, and visual design standards
- Deliver updates iteratively with frequent small changes, rapid feedback integration, and ongoing refinements
- Assist with foundational governance tasks such as workspace access management, content sharing, permissions, and ensuring reliable data refreshes, including gateway or scheduled setups
