Responsibilities
- Design new beverage formulations and powder blending methods for innovation and customer-specific projects.
- Collaborate with Product and Technical Project Managers as a co-owner to advance concepts toward market launch.
- Transform liquid formulations into stable powdered forms using suitable technologies.
- Integrate newly developed or improved production methods into manufacturing workflows.
- Source and develop new raw materials while refining existing recipes for better quality, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Provide application guidance for newly introduced ingredients.
- Lead and conduct shelf-life and stability assessments in coordination with Quality and Product Science teams.
- Establish evaluation standards for customer and competitive products.
- Produce accurate and timely lab-scale blends and product samples.
- Conduct sensory evaluation of developed products.
- Carry out corrective actions assigned by Quality teams.
- Adhere to hygiene, HACCP, food safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations.
- Manage project budgets and report variances proactively to leadership.
- Maintain and generate recipes and material data in SAP systems.
- Document development and testing processes accurately in internal IT platforms.
- Support optimization of the recipe portfolio for cost, quality, and resource efficiency.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement in processes.
- Work closely with Sales, Technical Account Managers, and Project Managers to define project scopes and refine formulations.
- Organize and lead customer visits and technical workshops for key initiatives.
- Assist in discussions related to filling technologies, packaging systems, and specific customer needs.
- Maintain strong cross-functional communication across R&D, Quality, Sourcing, and Operations teams.

- Travel to production sites approximately 1–2 times per month as required.
