Modern Family Law is seeking 3L law students graduating in December 2025 or May 2026 to serve as Post-Bar Law Clerks in Colorado, with a clear path to becoming an Associate Attorney after passing the Bar exam. This role provides hands-on training, mentorship, and early responsibility in family law litigation within a supportive, growth-oriented, and hybrid work environment.
What You'll Do
- Join the firm after sitting for the Bar exam
- Receive training and mentorship from the Learning & Development team
- Participate in initial client consultations
- Work as part of a team in a respectful and growth-oriented environment
- Learn how to manage cases from start to finish
- Represent clients as first chair on cases upon licensure

What We're Looking For
- Be a 3L law student graduating in December 2025 (sitting for February 2026 Bar exam) or May 2026 (sitting for July 2026 Bar exam)
- Sit for the Bar exam in Colorado
- Plan to reside in Colorado
