Solventum is seeking a Post Acute Wound Healing Specialist based in Salt Lake City, UT. In this role, you will apply clinical expertise to support patient care and provide specialized education on advanced wound healing solutions within post-acute care facilities.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct clinical support and consultation for wound management in post-acute care settings
- Educate healthcare staff on advanced wound care protocols and product utilization
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical teams at assigned facilities
- Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate wound healing strategies
What We're Looking For
- Active clinical license (RN, PT, OT, or similar) in the state of Utah
- Proven experience in wound care, ostomy care, or a related clinical specialty
- Strong knowledge of wound etiology, treatment modalities, and skin health
- Ability to travel locally within the Salt Lake City metropolitan area
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
