Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Portuguese-speaking professional to deliver exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients in Greece. You will join our team to build strong client relationships, address inquiries, and collaborate internally to enhance service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
- Document client interactions in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
- Gather and report client feedback to maintain service quality
- Participate in training and ongoing professional development initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented approach
- A willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively within a team
- Interest in new cultures and the lifestyle in Greece
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in customer support or service roles is a plus
