What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist patients, providers, and partners with healthcare-related inquiries, guiding them through available services and options.
- Handle sensitive health information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain thorough records for compliance purposes.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in healthcare services and products to provide up-to-date information to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
