Grupo Supermotos is hiring a Portfolio Negotiator to manage assigned client portfolios. You will proactively contact customers through available communication channels to ensure timely collections and effective recovery within established timeframes, applying appropriate collection strategies based on delinquency age and contributing directly to the company's objectives.
What You'll Do
- Manage and contact clients within your assigned portfolio using available communication channels.
- Ensure timely collections and effective recovery within the established period.
- Apply appropriate collection strategies according to the age of the delinquency.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma (Bachiller).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service roles, preferably in portfolio management.
- Experience as a Portfolio Negotiator.
Nice to Have
- Technical degree in Administrative Management or related fields.
