CrossCountry Consulting is hiring a Portfolio Controller to join our Private Equity Advisory practice. This role delivers specialized financial management and reporting expertise directly to our private equity clients.
What You'll Do
- Provide portfolio company financial oversight and reporting for private equity fund clients.
- Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual financial statements for portfolio investments.
- Develop and monitor portfolio company budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
- Implement and enhance financial controls and operational accounting processes.
- Support client engagements including due diligence, transaction execution, and integration.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Portfolio Controller, Fund Controller, or similar role within private equity or financial advisory.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting for investment portfolios.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities in a remote setting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the United States.
