Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a Polish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to uphold user safety and platform integrity. Based in Sofia, Bulgaria, you'll be central to fostering a secure digital environment for our users.
What You'll Do
- Continuously monitor user-generated content and interactions to identify and respond to potential violations of safety standards.
- Conduct thorough investigations into reported safety incidents, utilizing analytical skills to assess evidence and recommend appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with various teams to develop and improve safety policies and practices that enhance user trust.
- Generate detailed reports on safety incidents and trends for upper management to inform strategic decisions.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in digital safety and adjust protocols accordingly to improve effectiveness.
- Engage with users to promote awareness of safety practices and educate them on responsible online behavior.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a related field.
- Familiarity with online safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
