Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Polish Speaking Customer Service professional to support a global technology company's Polish-speaking customers. You will address technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information, working fully remotely from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service in Polish for inquiries related to technology products.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Provide clear information about product features, specifications, and compatibility.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our systems.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
- Gather customer insights to contribute to service improvements and product development.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for learning about new technology products.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the technology sector.
- Experience with customer service software or helpdesk systems.
