Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring a Dutch Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to be integral to ensuring our digital platforms remain safe and trustworthy for all users. This role is based locally in Bulgaria.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and analyze user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines and safety standards.
- Investigate reported incidents thoroughly, using data analysis to assess risks and take appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with technical and safety teams to establish and implement effective safety protocols.
- Create comprehensive reports based on investigations and safety assessments to inform stakeholders.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in digital threats and safety practices to proactively enhance platform security.
- Engage with users to promote awareness and understanding of digital safety measures.
What We're Looking For
