Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a Polish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers for a major streaming services provider. This remote role involves handling customer inquiries and resolving issues while working from home in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries regarding streaming services, subscriptions, and content via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Provide information on account management, troubleshooting, and service features.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, subscription changes, and cancellations effectively.
- Resolve any issues or complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to address and resolve technical issues.
- Stay updated on the latest content offerings and platform features.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Polish, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic technical troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or support, particularly in the entertainment or technology industry.
