Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a HealthTech team. You will directly assist clients in understanding and utilizing health technology products while communicating effectively in Polish from your home in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries regarding HealthTech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Provide assistance on product features, technical support, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Guide customers through the onboarding process and help them maximize their usage of HealthTech solutions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide solutions and enhance customer experiences.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in health technology to assist customers effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken).
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate customer needs across different time zones.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience within the HealthTech or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
