What You'll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding HealthTech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
  • Provide assistance on product features, technical support, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Guide customers through the onboarding process and help them maximize their usage of HealthTech solutions.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide solutions and enhance customer experiences.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in health technology to assist customers effectively.
