What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries regarding HealthTech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Provide assistance on product features, technical support, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Guide customers through the onboarding process and help them maximize their usage of HealthTech solutions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide solutions and enhance customer experiences.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in health technology to assist customers effectively.
