About the Role

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Polish-speaking Customer Service specialist to provide high-quality support to clients in the finance industry, working remotely from Greece. You will be the primary point of contact for Polish-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and accuracy.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about financial products and services.
  • Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, and financial advice tailored to their needs.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring all concerns are addressed adequately and promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies and financial products to provide accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously, contributing to service quality improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Adhere to industry regulations and maintain confidentiality during all customer interactions.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

  • Previous experience within the finance or banking sector.
