Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Accurately document all customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and company policies
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- Fluent in Polish
