Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Polish Customer Support Specialist to join our team. You will provide outstanding customer service and assist Polish-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. This role allows you to work remotely from Greece, with relocation included.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and company policies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Polish.
