Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Polish Customer Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will deliver excellent customer support via various channels and resolve customer issues effectively.
What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account management.
- Effectively resolve customer issues while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Document customer interactions to track issues and identify common trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service changes to enhance customer interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer concerns effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong organizational skills.
- A commitment to providing top-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is beneficial.
- Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with customer service tools is a plus.
