GFIC is hiring a Poland inżynier tekstyliów jako kierownik sprzedaż Textile Solutions m/f/d

Responsibilities

  • Drive and expand sales operations across Poland and Eastern European markets
  • Nurture and grow established B2B client relationships
  • Identify new business prospects and secure new customers
  • Promote and provide expert guidance on product offerings including decorative ribbons, bows, co-packing, and contract sewing services
  • Perform analysis of market trends and competitive landscape
  • Prepare and negotiate pricing, proposals, and contracts in alignment with headquarters in Germany
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, sector events, and client engagements
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and manufacturing departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, textile engineering, or a relevant discipline
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within textiles, decoration, or similar sectors
  • Fluent communication skills in both Polish and German

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the Polish market and an existing professional network is beneficial
  • Proficiency in English is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate offers, pricing, and contracts in close coordination with our german HQ
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and production teams

Required

  • Degree in business, sales, textiles, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in decoration, textiles, or related industries
  • Fluent in Polish and German

Preferred

  • Strong knowledge of the Polish market and existing network is a plus
  • English is an advantage
