PROSTAFF Schweiz GmbH is hiring a PMO Specialist – Finance Support to play a key coordination role within a major transformation program in the finance sector. You will be responsible for ensuring structured project execution through precise documentation and clear communication.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and milestone overviews.
- Organize and follow up on meetings, workshops, and decision-making processes.
- Document project progress, risks, and open action items.
- Coordinate tasks and deadlines with internal stakeholders across the program.
- Maintain PM tools like MS Project, Confluence, and Jira and create presentations and decision templates.
What We're Looking For
- First to several years of hands-on experience in project management or a PMO function.
- A very structured, reliable working style with high attention to detail.
- Pronounced organizational and communication skills.
- A team player with flexibility to operate effectively in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in the financial services sector.
