The Product & PMO team within Direct BU is laser-focused on driving product management, profitability, conversion analysis, lead routing, and price competitiveness — all aimed at supercharging Direct BU's growth and performance.

Role Description:

  • Provide strategic coordination, organizational clarity, and critical thinking by managing initiatives in support of a program manager;

  • Juggle multiple competing priorities with tight timelines, pivot seamlessly based on evolving business needs, and navigate diverse stakeholder personalities;

  • Manage small to medium-scale projects;
  • Demonstrate exceptional collaborative and communication skills;
  • Embody accountability, ownership, and a sense of urgency;

  • Master organizational frameworks for information and communication (ORGAFIC);

  • Expertly coordinate across teams, manage timelines, and adapt to changing business landscapes;

  • Bring solid project management experience to the table.

Requirements

Total Work Experience

Minimum Required: 1-3 years

Preferred: 4-6 years

English Proficiency

Preferred: Fluent

Required Education

Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree
