Circle K Stores Inc. is hiring a PM Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. In this role, you will perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance to support operational continuity and a safe work environment.
What You'll Do
- Maintain equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and performing preventative maintenance.
- Maintain facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, cleaning, and lighting tasks.
- Ensure continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Ensure preventative repairs are performed cost-effectively by examining records, reports, operating practices, and other documentation.
- Participate in training classes for existing and new equipment.
- Ensure maintenance operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operation policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and by accomplishing Financial and Key Result Area targets.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by abiding by safety policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be insurable as a driver.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities and ability to work independently.
- Highly organized and work well under pressure/deadlines with the ability to multi-task.
- Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Nice to Have
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in maintenance field or more preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience in plumbing or HVAC/refrigeration preferred.
