Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Player service operations, encompassing comprehensive evaluation, continuous monitoring, result analysis, and strategic implementation of modifications.
- Execute bilingual translation services (KR-JP/EN, JP/EN-KR) with thorough proofreading capabilities.
- Provide comprehensive player support through chat and email channels, addressing diverse inquiries including password resets and related concerns.
- Work designated shift hours: 8PM~5AM
- Ensure round-the-clock support throughout the year, including weekends and holidays via shift work
Requirements:
- Korean language native proficiency
- Advanced professional English and Japanese language skills
- Professional experience ranging from 0-3 years in customer support (opportunities available for junior and senior roles)
- Demonstrable passion for video game industry
- Preferred background in customer service, video game support, travel assistance, help desk, or technical support within email contact center environments
- Exceptional ability to deliver outstanding customer service via digital communication platforms
- Comprehensive understanding of gaming experiences from player perspectives
- Strong analytical skills for rapid and precise information processing within established guidelines
- Collaborative team-oriented professional mindset
