Side is looking for a bilingual Player Support specialist to join our interactive entertainment team. In this fully remote, night shift position, you will provide direct support to players and contribute to improving our service operations through analysis and feedback.
What You'll Do
- Support player service operations by evaluating, monitoring, analyzing results, and implementing changes.
- Perform JP-EN and EN-JP language translation and proofreading.
- Respond to player issues via chat and email, including tasks like password resets.
What We're Looking For
- Native-level reading and writing skills in Japanese.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- 0-3 years of customer support experience.
- A passion for the video game industry.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service via email and chat.
- Ability to understand games from a gamer's perspective.
- Capability to analyze and solve information accurately and swiftly within guidelines.
- Possession of a team player mentality.
Nice to Have
- Customer service and/or video game, travel support, help desk, or technical support experience within an email contact center environment.
