CrowdStrike is looking for a Platform Operations Associate Consultant - Weekend Shift to join our Platform Professional Services team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for the planning, deployment, implementation, and operational support of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and related applications. You will work a compressed schedule of Wednesday-Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday (10 hours, 4 days).
What You'll Do
- Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance for the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
- Assist customers in operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platform.
- Troubleshoot customer issues across environments of various sizes.
- Engineer solutions using native and third-party software deployment technologies.
- Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs.
- Manage customer project planning and status updates.
- Collaborate closely with customer IT teams.
- Leverage CrowdStrike applications to support customers with vulnerability and asset management.
- Assist with the integration of CrowdStrike into existing customer tools.
- Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with deployments.
- Work with the Platform Professional Services team to develop customer-facing collateral.
- Be available to travel up to 25% of the time.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience performing IT deployments or working in an end-user/customer environment.
- A basic understanding of software deployment technologies.
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience building collaborative relationships and communicating effectively.
- Experience presenting technical content to various audiences.
- Experience in computer and network systems security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues.
- Proactive work ethic with the ability to prioritize multiple customer projects.
- High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset.
- A willingness to travel as assignments require.
