What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet
- Automate the DevOps lifecycle with CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery
- Develop bespoke internal tools and centralized developer platforms to improve engineering efficiency
- Provision and monitor cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Champion platform adoption, support user teams, and lead improvements based on feedback
- Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies, including AI-enhanced monitoring solutions
- Promote a culture of collaboration, mentoring, and continuous improvement
- Ensure platform services align with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency with IaC and DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet
- Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and architecture on Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Background in Agile product ownership and methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience designing secure, compliant, and high-performing platforms
- Ability to coach and mentor developers and junior engineers
Nice to Have
- Certifications in ITIL, SAFe, or DevOps
- Experience working in multi-region, enterprise-scale environments
- Exposure to AI-driven monitoring and automation technologies
- A passion for innovation and exploring emerging trends in platform engineering
