Tecpetrol is hiring a Planning & Finance Specialist to join the Community Relations area, which leads the Techint Group's community engagement strategy. You will be responsible for budget management and detailed reporting for community programs and the internal team.
What You'll Do
- Manage the budget for programs by community and participate in the global CORE budget preparation and monitoring process.
- Issue internal reports, consolidate costs, and report them to different companies and sectors, updating and publishing control panels.
- Manage the local budget for the CORE team, preparing and monitoring the budget for the area's own costs and performing administrative follow-up.
- Process sector invoices after controlling them as part of the due diligence process.
- Coordinate the reporting process, including the Annual CORE Report and the CORE Chapter in Sustainability Reports.
- Coordinate with Communications for the issuance of reports and videos.
- Coordinate the process of monitoring CORE program reach indicators for beneficiaries, following up with communities and program coordinators, and publishing them in Control Panels and reports.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Economics, and/or Accounting.
- Between 4 and 5 years of experience in budget management and monitoring (Budgeting & Cost Control) and management control and reporting.
- Advanced or Bilingual English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Power BI and the Office package.
