About the Role
The role involves configuring, maintaining, and enhancing PIM and MDM solutions to improve data quality and streamline integration across enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize PIM and MDM platforms to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with project teams to define data models and taxonomy structures
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and completeness across systems
- Support data migration and integration activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to product data
- Document technical specifications and solution designs
- Assist in testing data workflows and validation rules
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze data governance needs
- Optimize data synchronization between source systems and PIM/MDM
- Provide expertise during system upgrades and enhancements
- Train end users on PIM/MDM functionalities
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Maintain data quality standards and compliance
- Participate in agile project delivery cycles
- Support the development of APIs for data exchange
Nice to Have
- Experience with specific PIM platforms such as inRiver, Akeneo, or Pimcore
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems integration
