Vituity is looking for a Physician - Urgent Care to join our practice at two health centers in Imperial Beach, California. In this role, you will provide essential episodic care within an integrated model, offering patients continuity for their healthcare journey. Vituity operates on a 100% physician-owned partnership model, providing autonomy, local control, and national support.
What You'll Do
- Provide Urgent Care services at both Nestor Community Health Center and Imperial Beach Health Center Urgent Cares.
- Deliver episodic care within an integrated care model, ensuring patient continuity in one place for their health journey.
What We're Looking For
- Board Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
- Current, active California state medical license.

Providers will be cross-credentialed at both Nestor Community Health Center and Imperial Beach Health Center Urgent Cares.
