What You'll Do
Build relationships with physicians by reaching out through phone and email to understand their goals and match them with suitable roles. Present detailed opportunity insights, including compensation details, and prepare candidates for upcoming interviews. You’ll manage each stage of the recruitment cycle, ensuring clear, consistent communication between all parties.
Lead physician marketing initiatives to expand candidate engagement and drive interest in available positions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic recommendations to improve search outcomes and address hiring challenges. Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver regular updates and reports to maintain transparency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within healthcare or physician placement
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust over phone and email
- Ability to clearly communicate job details, including salary and role expectations
- Skill in managing multiple stakeholders and maintaining organized workflows
- Experience guiding clients through complex hiring processes
- Proficiency in providing timely feedback and structured reporting
