Dane Street is seeking a Physician Recruiter (internally titled Physician Panel Coordinator) to manage and grow our network of medical reviewers. In this role, you will be essential in aligning our physician panel with client specifications to support our service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Negotiate physician agreement terms based on client fee schedules and turnaround time requirements.
- Maintain current physician records, including profile instructions, fee updates, and W9 information.
- Research and conduct outreach to strategically expand the physician panel.
- Perform administrative tasks related to panel maintenance and expansion.
- Onboard new physicians according to specific client needs.
- Negotiate costs and contract terms within established company guidelines.
- Collect and organize required documentation, such as physician agreements, CVs, and NPDB reports.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to finalize physician fees.
- Provide onboarding instructions and system access information to new physician reviewers.
- Assist physician reviewers with case-related or technical inquiries.
- Source physicians for urgent service requests and provide daily progress updates.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure network coverage meets specific specialty and client demands.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- High computer literacy and typing proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Physician recruitment experience within a healthcare or insurance setting.
- Prior experience in a healthcare and/or insurance business environment.
