Mass General Brigham is hiring a Physician Assistant to join our Colorectal Surgery team, responsible for the assessment and management of diverse patient populations. You will provide direct care and develop treatment plans in ambulatory, inpatient, operative, and procedural settings. This is a full-time weekday position with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct care, counseling, and teaching to a designated patient population.
- Perform complete histories and physical examinations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate appropriate laboratory and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and follow up on appropriate plans of care based on clinical findings.
- Order medications and write prescriptions per organizational policies.
- Deliver high-quality, timely documentation including admission, progress, procedure, operative, and discharge notes.
- Perform bedside procedures appropriate to the patient population.
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree as a Physician Assistant.
- Valid Physician Assistant State License.
- 2+ years of experience as a Physician Assistant.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Colorectal Surgery.
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $120,390.40 - $170,456.00.
Work Mode
This role operates under a hybrid work model. Locations include 45 Francis Street (main campus), Patriot Place, and BWFH.
