CRS Home Therapy, a growing home health agency, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient care in a home health setting. You will work independently, managing your caseload and delivering high-quality therapy services directly to clients.
What You'll Do
- Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting.
- Maintain effective documentation and communication.

- Must be a licensed professional with updated credentials.
- Must have a great bedside manner and a professional attitude.
- Must be effective with documentation and communication.
- Must be responsible and have an extreme ability to work independently.

Work Mode
