Mass General Brigham Community Physicians is hiring a Physical Therapist I to join our team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. In this role, you will interpret evaluations and test results to restore patient physical functioning, helping individuals adjust to disabilities and reach their maximum physical performance.
What You'll Do
- Perform patient assessments and establish a plan of care.
- Evaluate treatment effects at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit.
- Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and plans for reevaluation.
- Discuss evaluations, goals, and treatment plans with patients and their families.
- Provide inservice education programs for nursing personnel as needed.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants according to organization policy and state regulations.
- Participate in Hospital-wide quality process improvement.
- Complete billing sheets accurately by the end of each day.
What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
- Physical Therapist state license required.
- Experience completing an internship or apprenticeship program.
Nice to Have
- 1-2 years of professional experience preferred.
- Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License preferred.
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $78,104.00 - $115,388.00.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located at 15 Parkman Street.
