As a Graduate Pharmacy Intern, you will translate academic pharmacy knowledge into practical experience, preparing for a future Pharmacist role. Under guidance from your preceptor and District Leader, you'll complete a comprehensive 120-day training roadmap exploring store, district, and regional operational dynamics. Through hands-on experience and leadership interactions, you'll deepen understanding of patient safety, error prevention, quality assurance, drug utilization review, and professional pharmacy standards. You'll assist the pharmacy team in ensuring smooth operations, prompt and accurate prescription fulfillment, and exceptional patient service. By applying Standard Operating Procedures and demonstrating effective communication, you'll learn to operate collaboratively while showcasing empathy and genuine care.
