Local Infusion is looking for a Pharmacist (Per Diem) to contribute to company growth and quality by delivering pharmaceutical clinical care and providing a delightful patient experience. You will ensure patients receive the highest level of care possible in infusion therapy through the medications they receive.
What You'll Do
- Efficiently and accurately process orders and dispense medications in accordance with Local Infusion processes and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure adequate medications and supplies are available.
- Communicate with patients when questions arise to ensure quality care.
- Collaborate with referring and internal providers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure pharmacy regulatory requirements and industry standards are upheld.
- Assist with operational and clinical tasks as necessary.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position with a remote work component.
