Copeland is seeking a Personnel Services Supervisor to partner with plant leaders to achieve business objectives and develop strategic HR initiatives. In this role, you will provide essential coaching and guidance on leadership, performance management, and employee relations while ensuring compliance and driving organizational change.
What You'll Do
- Partner with plant leaders and supervisors to develop HR strategies that support key business outcomes.
- Provide coaching and guidance on leadership, team development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Work with a team of HRBPs to ensure consistent and effective HR support across departments.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and performance outcomes to identify trends and recommend actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to lead organizational change initiatives and ensure high engagement.
- Partner with supervisors to manage headcount and organizational design.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
- At least 3 years in a business partner or HR leadership role.
- Proven experience partnering with leaders in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy to business goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across multiple organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of employment law, employee relations, and organizational development principles.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics to inform decisions.
- High integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
Team & Environment
You will work with a team of HRBPs and collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence and an HR Manager.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position.
