Responsibilities

- Support attorneys with preparation for depositions and court filings
- Coordinate with insurance companies and external parties
- Monitor case progression and identify potential delays
- Organize and maintain digital and physical case files
- Draft correspondence and legal documents under supervision
- Facilitate communication between medical providers and legal staff
- Identify and escalate high-priority cases for review
- Assist in settlement negotiations by providing case data
- Ensure adherence to internal case management protocols
- Utilize case management software to update case statuses
- Prepare reports summarizing case load and outcomes
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
