About the Role
The selected candidate will assist clients with banking needs, build relationships, and promote financial products and services while ensuring accurate account management and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with deposit and withdrawal transactions
- Open and close checking and savings accounts
- Educate clients on digital banking tools and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Meet performance goals related to product sales and service quality
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products and policies
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal procedures
- Balance cash drawers accurately at the end of each shift
- Promote credit cards, loans, and other banking services
- Support branch operations during peak hours
- Follow anti-money laundering and KYC protocols
- Uphold confidentiality of customer information
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Contribute to a positive customer experience in the branch
- Adhere to ethical standards and professional conduct
- Assist with new account onboarding processes
- Monitor account activity for unusual patterns
- Support financial wellness initiatives for clients
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
