Digital Trendteam is looking for a Performance Strategist to join our Performance department. In this role, you will ensure our operations thrive by establishing efficient processes, implementing best practices, and fostering growth. You will lead a high-performing team, develop and execute project growth initiatives, and enhance systems to build, maintain, and grow client relationships, all while upholding our company philosophy.
What You'll Do

- Provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Work with senior operational teams to address resourcing, performance, or economic shifts.
- Elevate people you work with to bring best-in-class solutions to projects.
- Support the development of team members to grow company performance expertise.
- Manage or mentor team members directly.
- Address role performance challenges proactively and appropriately.
- Set team members up for success to continuously elevate their roles on projects.
- Give expert feedback and approach difficult conversations with confidence and care.

- Guide daily interactions, develop initiatives, and align individual efforts with organizational goals.
- Monitor team workflow and use business intelligence tools to optimize people and project allocation.
- Lead team-level conversations and support initiatives that keep us on the leading edge of performance marketing.
- Get buy-in, work through change management, and collaborate with cross-functional support as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience executing, planning, and maintaining multi-channel, full funnel performance marketing accounts of $200k+ USD media spend per month at a consistently positive ROI across multiple platforms at a time.
- Experience directly collaborating with and delegating to junior team members as a senior account manager.
- Experience contributing to the development of multiple team members by leading training and providing strategic guidance.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience using visualization tools to pull, sort, analyze and draw insight from ad platforms and business intelligence tools.
- Experience managing performance media across a range of business verticals and sizes.
- Experience responsible for pacing, forecasting and reporting the impact of performance media on overarching business goals.
- Experience successfully managing client and/or key stakeholder relationships via weekly touchpoints, quarterly business presentations and asynchronous channels.
- Experience resolving difficult stakeholder situations, keeping priorities organized and objectives aligned.
- Experience consistently receiving buy-in on strategic proposals or deliverables.
- Experience effectively communicating with clients on marketing concepts such as incrementality, KPI selection, attribution and business economics.
- Experience incorporating marketing measurement considerations into strategic approaches.
