Agiliti Health, Inc. is hiring a Hospital Service Technician to play a crucial role in our medical equipment management operations. You will ensure equipment flows efficiently throughout the hospital, acting as a customer service expert and maintaining professional relationships with all clinical staff.
What You'll Do
- Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
- Confidently communicate with clinical staff on equipment features, functionality, and related topics.
- Provide quality service, perform to established standards, and meet both customer and company metrics.
- Pick up, clean, and process all equipment, preparing it for patient-ready use following all company and hospital protocols.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours to support a 24/7 schedule.
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods.
