As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be the mastermind behind paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. In this internal-facing role, you'll transform strategic blueprints from our Marketing Strategists into razor-sharp, results-driven ad campaigns. Your mission: uncover growth opportunities and keep us skating ahead of digital marketing trends.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Build, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms (bonus points for LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter expertise).
- Strategy Execution: Deploy advanced tactics like surgical audience segmentation, precision bid adjustments, and killer A/B testing to drive results.
- Budget & Goals: Manage campaign budgets with laser focus, define crystal-clear goals, and align ad performance perfectly with client objectives.
- Analytics & Optimization: Deep-dive into campaigns using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other tools to unearth optimization goldmines.
- Collaboration: Sync up with SEO, creative, and strategy teams to create seamlessly integrated campaigns across platforms.
- Innovation: Hunt down new advertising opportunities and share insights to level up our collective team knowledge.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 3+ years in digital advertising, with hands-on campaign management across multiple platforms.
- Experience working remotely or within distributed teams is a big plus.
Technical Skills:
- Pro-level skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Wizard-level at troubleshooting tracking systems and ensuring reporting precision.
- Familiar with Looker Studio and other marketing tools (SEMrush, etc.).
- Communication ninja—can translate complex technical concepts into crystal-clear language for non-technical clients.
- Comfortable navigating Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, and Loom for meetings and client updates.
- Rock-solid verbal and written English communication skills.
