ParcelHero is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. Based in Johannesburg, this is a permanent remote position within our Product & Marketing department.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven performance marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive growth
- Analyze campaign performance, report on key metrics, and recommend data-backed improvements
- Collaborate with the Product & Marketing team to align on goals and business objectives
- Manage budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve key performance targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar senior role
- Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, analytics, and conversion optimization
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive significant ROI
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for a remote environment
