Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance management strategies.
- Design and deliver training programs on performance management.
- Collaborate with leaders to align performance goals with organizational objectives.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management processes.
- Facilitate performance review meetings and workshops.
- Ensure compliance with performance management policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management initiatives.
- Prepare reports on performance management activities and outcomes.
- Stay updated with best practices in performance management.
- Support the development and implementation of talent management strategies.
- Assist in the development of performance metrics and KPIs.
- Provide feedback and coaching to managers on performance management.
- Conduct regular check-ins with managers to discuss performance management.
- Identify and address performance management challenges and issues.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate performance management with other HR processes.
- Develop and maintain performance management tools and resources.
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of succession planning strategies.
- Provide input into the development of compensation and benefits programs.
- Support the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
