Requirements
- At least 8-10 years in a similar role within the Spanish market.
- Degree in Labor Relations (Relaciones Laborales), Law, or Business Administration.
- Deep knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores (CBA) and Spanish Social Security systems.
- Proficiency in Google Sheet / Excel (for Reporting) and experience with payroll software (e.g., A3, Sage, Workday, or SAP).
- Fluency in Spanish and a professional level of English (essential for reporting and communication, minimum B2.2).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with total confidentiality.
