DaVita is looking for a People Services Generalist to provide dedicated HR support to our Technology organizations. You'll be a key partner to managers and teammates, providing guidance across a wide range of HR functions.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for teammates and managers within Technology for HR-related questions and concerns.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain manual reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover, headcount, diversity, and performance management.
- Support talent management processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and teammate development initiatives.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for teammates.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Proactively learn and understand the business operations of the Technology organizations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
- Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data.
- Experience with Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with creating and maintaining manual reports.
- Solid understanding of talent management processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting Technology or Product organizations.
- Experience with Workday.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

- Compensation range: $71,800.00 - $91,300.00 per year.
