People & Recruiting Specialist Remote - United States Breezeway's innovative property operations platform empowers hospitality and rental management professionals by streamlining complex property care tasks, enhancing operational efficiency, and elevating service experiences across over 55M property interactions. We're seeking a passionate People & Recruiting Specialist to help us strategically scale our global team by delivering exceptional candidate and employee experiences. This role integrates recruiting, onboarding, culture development, and people operations, working collaboratively across departments to attract top talent and support our organizational growth. What You'll Do Recruiting & Hiring - Recruit for Go-to-Market (Sales, Customer Experience, Support, Implementation) roles - Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and design interview processes - Manage interview logistics, feedback collection, and candidate communication - Maintain applicant tracking system records accurately - Build robust talent pipelines for frequently needed positions - Support and develop Breezeway's employer brand during international expansion Onboarding & Culture - Coordinate comprehensive onboarding programs and training - Lead welcoming orientation experiences for new team members - Support annual company meeting logistics - Manage "Hype Committee" to maintain engaging workplace culture - Serve as primary resource for employee inquiries about internal programs People Operations & Administration - Administer benefits and employee perks - Provide basic IT support - Maintain internal HR documentation - Manage internal team communications - Deliver administrative support across General & Administrative teams - Support HR initiatives like engagement surveys and programs What You Bring - 2-3 years recruiting experience in startup environments - Remote/distributed work background - Exceptional multitasking and detail-orientation - Discretion handling sensitive information - Strong communication and organizational skills - Team-first mindset with genuine cultural engagement interest Breezeway is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and creating respectful workplaces.
