About the Role
The specialist will help manage full-cycle recruitment support and maintain human resources functions, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and employees while upholding organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling for hiring teams
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Support onboarding procedures for new hires
- Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with job posting distribution across multiple platforms
- Track recruitment metrics and report on key data points
- Ensure compliance with company policies during hiring
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Organize and maintain recruitment documentation
- Facilitate background check and reference verification processes
- Prepare offer letters and employment paperwork
- Support employee record management and data privacy
- Assist in organizing company-wide recruitment events
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
- Help maintain consistency in candidate experience
- Coordinate travel logistics for in-person interviews when needed
- Support internal mobility and transfer processes
- Participate in process improvement for HR operations
- Ensure adherence to equal employment opportunity guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information
- Assist with onboarding orientation sessions
- Gather feedback from new hires during early employment stages
- Help track employee lifecycle milestones
- Support compliance with federal and state employment regulations
- Collaborate with HR team on special projects
Nice to Have
